1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused or only lightly tried on.

  • Be in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

  • Be free from damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper care.

  • Include proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless required by applicable law:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items marked “Final Sale”

  • Products that have been altered or modified

  • Products damaged through misuse or neglect

  • Items missing significant parts or original packaging


3. How to Start a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email support@bluelightarmor.shop within 30 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include:

    • Your full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for the return

    • Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect

  3. Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions before sending your item.

Returns sent without authorization may experience delays or may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving the wrong item or a defective product), customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining your shipping receipt until your return has been processed.

Blue Light Armor is not responsible for returns lost or damaged during transit.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

If we determine that the issue is due to our error, we will, at our discretion:

  • Replace the product,

  • Exchange the product, or

  • Issue a full refund, including any applicable original shipping charges where required.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for inspection after we receive your return.

  • 5–10 business days for your financial institution or payment provider to process the refund.

Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.


7. Exchanges

If you would like a different size, style, or replacement product, please contact us.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If your requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer:

  • A refund, or

  • Store credit, where permitted.


8. Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before they have entered processing or shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process outlined in this policy.


9. Refused Deliveries

If an order is refused or returned because of an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer, any shipping charges we incur may be deducted from the refund, where permitted by law.


10. Promotional Items

If a purchase included free promotional merchandise or discounts based on a minimum purchase amount, the value of returned items may affect your eligibility for those promotions.

Refunds may be adjusted accordingly.


11. Fraud Prevention

Except as required by applicable law, Blue Light Armor’s responsibility is limited to the purchase price of the product.
